Tomorrow we're flying to Cuba and then on to the good ship Variety Voyager for a week of exploring western Cuba. No Gitmo this go round but we do sail by the Bay of Pigs.

We've been told there is no internet, wifi, phones, American credit cards (the cruelest blow) so I won't be posting daily but will keep a journal with pen and paper. When we're back in Kennesaw I'll type up the blog and post it along with pictures.

We've also been told to pack patience and a sense of humor. Oh, and a roll of toilet paper.
